  • I can't answer for everyone but I am naturally sedentary (less than 5,000 steps a day) so I set mfp to that. Then I log my exercise on top of that. I feel it is more accurate but just my personal preference. And that way I know the proper amount to eat on days I am not working out.

  • I also make little pizzas with a split english muffin (100-140 calories) or a pita (150 calories). [/quote] Yes! I love this! I've done the same on a piece of toast but I swear it tastes best on an english muffin
  • I just found a recipe for pizza quiche! You could make it "lighter" by swapping out a couple full eggs for whites and getting low cal cheese if thats your thing. I think I would drizzle the pizza sauce on top http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/crustless-pizza-quiche
  • Ummm, you are my hero right now! I do this with desserts all the time. Cut em up into individual servings and freeze them. Why haven't I been doing this with pizza? WHY?!?
  • YES! I forgot pizza baked chicken breasts. I used to love it and make it so often! In the crockpot or oven layer chicken breasts, then pizza sauce and mozza and oregano. "Hawaiian" toppings are really good for this :D
  • I've made a small serving of tortilla chips with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni and baked until melty. Im a big fan of that too :) More toppings to "crust" ratio than pizza too!
  • Sometimes I get a couple small corn tortillas (100c for 2) and put some pizza sauce (2 Tbsp for 20c) and low fat mozza (1oz is 80c) on it and maybe some veggies and it hits the spot :) Totals 200 cals for 2 mini "pizzas" plus any veggies I add
  • Bride to be in Feb!! I still have some time but we're doing a destination wedding so that means bikini pics!! ahhh lol. I know we can all do this :)
  • I would say an allergy! My mom gets that with strawberries, my fiance with apples and I get it with pineapple! We can all eat those foods cooked and processed just not raw. Everyone has different sensitivities :)
  • and i love avocado toast too but never get to the avos before they go bad so I buy the individual guac cups and spread that over a couple pieces of toast :)

  • yeah im with you guys, I usually make multiple servings. Especially because im into the whole "resistant starches" thing so I cook my grains/potatoes with some coconut oil and let cool and reheat as I eat it throughout the week. But yeah I usually make 4 servings of rice then divide it evenly between 4 containers. The…
  • Man, thats actually a tough question! hahaha. I agree with msheepy about measuring what is left afterward or as I often use really low cal marinate (italian dressing, balsamic vinegar) I just use a rough estimate. Orrrr I cook down the marinade with or after the meat and serve it as a sauce on the side therefore using…
  • French onion soup!! To keep it low cal just use a thin slice of bread on top, a couple crackers or croutons with a slice of low fat swiss. Very low cal and full of flavor http://www.backtomyroots.ca/french-onion-soup/
  • French onion soup!! Super low cal and you can add as many as you can handle. Use thin slices of bread or even none at all on top! Or a couple crackers and low fat swiss :) http://www.backtomyroots.ca/french-onion-soup/

  • Chicken breasts in the crockpot with salsa. Leave it all day on low. Then you can eat it as-is, or shred it up and put it on a wrap or salad :)
  • I have a soup recipe that is really adaptable. I use 1 cup of chicken broth with 1 cup of veg, boil it until the veg is soft and puree it together. I add herbs and spices to match the veg of the day but here are some ideas: Broccoli and cheddar Pumpkin with curry powder sweet potato with nutmeg Potato with bacon or garlic…
