Ok so I keep missing a few days, sorry!!! Tuesday I did great with my goals! Yesterday not so great! Today again not so great... I seem to do really good during the day and after a stressful and long day at work I lose it.. urg! But I'm not giving up. Hope everyone's doing great!!

Ok Friday I met all of my goals and it was great! Yeterday was my day off and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Today I'm working being good, will post when I've met my goals later today. I hope everyone is doing good with their November challenge! Take care!!!

Ok so I met all of my goals today!! Stay under my calories, counted all my points even though I didn't want to count it all :grumble: because I thought I might be over :blushing: (but I wasn't!) :) I did 50 minutes of the stairmill and my good habit today - woo hoo!!! :bigsmile:

Day 6 L2 30DS! This is HARD!!! I feel it pushes my upper body really really hard, especially the last set of squats where you lift your arms - ouch!:grumble:

I love this group too, everyone is rocking it! I did L2 D2 30DS, and today was much harder than yesterday. Glad I did it though!! It's really kicking my butt!!! I'm excited that I can do most of Natalie's exercises. :bigsmile:

Today was much better than yesterday. I met most of my goals. I did have some candy today but stayed under my calories so I will have to try agian tomorrow to keep away from the sugar! Hope you're all enjoying your month!

Thanks everyone for the encouragement!!! Ok so I was supposed to start L2 today but it didn't happen. I have a 1/2 marathon coming up and today was my long run and I just couldn't manage an extra workout on top of 2hrs of running. I'm excited to do L2 tomorrow though!!!
