You should look into the book "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" It has really helped me in my journey so far. I lift and it counts as cardio because of the circuit I complete and reps. I also do other cardio on my days I don't lift. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Weight Loss Tools

If you're heart rate is nice and high and you're sweating then..... maybe but I never count that as exercise.

I wear a sports bra, compression tank top and tight capri pants and a shirt over that so no one sees my rolls LOL.

I have DD's too and I use one from target that was 17 dollars and then I wear a tight compression top with a built in bra over that. I barely move.
