How about using this recipe without the chocolate powder and adding raisins instead. This way you can taste more of the the peanut butter flavor. You can even add a bit of maple syrup (with Splenda).

Made these and shaped into bars. I used coffee crisp hot chocolate...in the freezer now.
I did find I needed just a little more water, but played with it till it all stuck together.

ok so my family made these this past weekend and tweeked it for us. It turned out awesome and even the kids and picky hubby loved it. We used SwissMiss Diet hot cocoa, it was only 25 calories for the full envelope.
