    I make something similar but instead of the oatmeal I add half a banana. I mush it all together in a ziploc then I roll the ziploc so all of the mixture is in the bottom and freeze it. It makes a bar that I can eat later. I think my mom got the recipe from an old weight watchers class (15+ years ago) and we have been making them ever since. I will have to try it with the oatmeal now.
