    amazing hunny! I am 5'8", I started at 218 and my halfway point (not technically but its what i am considering half way through my journey) is 174 you have just proven to me that it can be done! Thank you!

    The hardest thing for me was starting.... I was a heavy heavy pepsi drinker and gave it up cold turkey! I cleaned out my cupboards and went to the store.... I haven't looked back =)

    I lost about 12 lbs the first month I think. My weight loss has been pretty steady though thank GOD!!
