I LOVE the biggest loser! also, the golds cardio is good. but TBL is more like having a trainer. you do something new everyday! and they weigh you and keep track!

I'm very bad with emotional or boredom eating. I work in an office where I'm tied to my desk for 8 hours - it's sooo hard to just not snack constantly. then with the wedding coming up - i'm an emotional wreck!

1. I logged all my food on here and on the biggest loser on the wii 2. i am well within my calories (and that includes dinner out with friends! planning ahead is amazing! and having will power!) 3. did 50 min of exercise 4. drank my water and cut back on diet pop! 5. prayed and read - and getting ready to read more!

What format do you want to do? Every day - list our prior day consumptions (calories, fat, fiber and protein) and exercise? and post +/- on Mondays on weigh ins?

Hey, actually when i was seeing a personal trainer they told me if you're going to snack at NIGHt-- you would be better off to have a 1/2 cup of ice cream (yogurt) as opposed to an orange. Your body will not have the time to burn off the orange at night time ! just a thought!
