I was a bad girl yesterday so I am looking for a water challange today to help clean my system out of all the extra sodium I had. Whose with me!!:drinker:
I am going to aim for 85 oz that is 5 bottles @ 16.9 oz each

I'm interested! I'm getting married in April, I'm doing everything I can.
I eat a lot of Smart Ones, Lean Cuisines, etc so my sodium intake is through the roof!
