Hello. I just got my pro form HRM in the mail - and I have NO idea what I'm doing! Anyone have one that is willing to help me set up mine?

Did you read the manual? I use it in Chrono mode so it's a running time and it just counts the calories while I'm working out.0

so if i just put on the chest strap - and put it on chrono and press START it'll keep track of it? I am not good with these type of things and the manual is SO hard to understand!0

You need to go to the user setting to set up your profile. It should ask you how much you weigh, if you are male or female and what your current activity rate is. There should be a section on setting that up on the manual. Once that is done then you switch it to chrono mode, wet the plastic straps on the chest strap and put it on. Hit start when you start working out and you're ready to go.0

OK. I'm going to Kickboxing tonight- I'm going to try that. So after working out - hit stop and will it give me the info i'm looking for?0
