I am 5'4 and want to weigh between 125 and 120. I started at 155 and down to 134 so getting close but still a work in progress. After I reach my goal I want to stay toned and fit.

That is a good idea switching between 30 day shred and ripped in 30. I think I will try that. I completed day 2 of 30 day shred but because it is my second time I am getting a little bored with it.

Feel free to add me. I go through my days when I have a hard time getting motivated myself. I need all the support I can get. It really helps and I would suggest joining a group or challenge it makes you more accountable. You can do this.
