    you not only lost the weight, but you looke 20lbs year younger like a teenager omg, you did wonderful. We lost the same amount, feels great!!!!

    No real advice that hasn't been said 100 time - I count every calorie that goes into my mouth averaging between 1200-1600 a day, I have not had fast food/pizza/pop since February 2011. I cut out red meat - except on occation.

    I go to the gym 5 days a week (w/o a trainer) and lift and do cardio averaging a 800 calorie burn with my HRM.

    I have my splurge days (an elephant ear at the fair) but overall I don't miss all that stuff and I feel SO amazing!!

    Your hard work paid off. I have been off fast food for 4 months now and loving it!
