    I've lost a little more weight since this last picture but I like it :)

    Okay, I detest the phrase 'lifestyle change' when it comes to eating because it makes me think of an eternal diet of salads while being eternally hungry and crabby all the time just to fit some idealized image of what a woman should look like.

    But I can cope with the phrase in the context of these two pictures. For all I know, you were active, healthy, and confident in the before picture too, but if you were, it doesn't show. The second pic, though, that is someone who I want to be like. Healthy, active, strong, and obviously enjoying life.

    I am now working on maintaining my weight loss eating an average of 2400 cals/day and working out 3 days lifting weights with cardio, 4 days cardio only.

    I know how hard it is to workout when you are very large and heavy and how disappointing it is when you realize your limitations, but if you don't stop it will get easier.
    Now I feel amazing and very energetic with all that weight off you can't keep me from the gym!

    I can't believe I've been your friend this long and never saw your wedding photos!! It looks so extravagant!!
