I'm in my 3rd week of Burn. I've only been doing the Burn Intervals cardio portion of CLX...it's the only one I like. I've been doing Jillian DVDs since April so I'm used to those and continue to do them 4-5x a week for cardio, as well as 6 miles of walk/jog/run intervals on the weekends.

I just started Burn Week 2. The heaviest pair of weights I have are 15lbs each, but I feel like I need heavier for lower body exercises.

Just started yesterday. I plan to follow the schedule and plan to mix the Jillian Michaels workouts I've been doing the last few months for cardio. I've got about 15 lbs left to lose so I've got to kick things up a notch!

have lost 32 lbs while on Mirena, with and without exercise. No periods and none of the mood swings that I had when I was on the pill. no problems here.

Yay! A Monster High group! I have not counted our collection lately, but I can assure you we have a ton! I have 6 and 8 year old daughters, and I love MH as much as they do, if not more. My 6 year old's birthday was last week so now we have added Howleen and Rochelle Goyle. I bought the new Jackson for myself! :blushing:

I've used Mirena since 2006, as soon as I could after my DD was born. Got the new one put in last year. Glad I found this group! I started doing Jillian vids March 30. 30 DS, Ripped in 30, 6wk Six Pack, and Killer Buns & Thighs. I think my concentration will be 6W6P since my core is the weakest part of my body. But I love doing them all. Good luck, everyone!

I've only had them 4 days but they are what I wear whenever I'm not at work. They feel very supportive -- they have the bigger tubes, not the micro tubes, which I don't see how those would make any difference. What kind do you have? I've noticed that some just last longer than others. I just got some K-Swiss tubes this past weekend and I love how light and bouncy they are. I'm mainly a Converse gal, but those just don't have the support for working out.
