You deserve loads of credit, losing that much weight. Losing weight with Slim Fast ain't that easy or everyone would be a size 0. The people who turn their noses up at it are probably a little jealous. Keep at it, you look fantastic.

So called "Healthy Snacks" aren't always that healthy, my advice would be to eat fresh fruit and vegetables when you fancy a snack. But whatever you do don't cut out the treats altogether just have them in moderation. Remember it's not a diet it's a lifestyle change. And there ends todays sermon. Good Luck

I prefer to eat them on a slice of wholemeal toast. Toast the bread on both sides, mash the Sardines lightly with a fork and spread on the toast. Put it back under the grill for a few minutes to warm the Sardines through.
