I haven't made this in quite some time but I am SOOOOOO excited to make it tonight. This is the recipe I use and love. I plugged it into my recipes on here and for 4-5 people it works out less than 400 calories a serving. It's choc full of veggies and I usually add more veggies as a side dish. YUM. Check it out (I also am trying to get organic products for this from trader joes, whatever I can at least).
