hi I am unable to get my fitbit blaze to synce with mfp I think I have tried so many things... Anyone have any suggesstions do any of you have your blaze syncing with mfp Help if you are able please !!!

Can we even set them up alphabetically?? I have so many that I use all the time and I have to scroll through pages of them to find the one I am looking for .... I may try the idea thanks to CooCooPuff and set each serving up as a food on my food... LOL I just need several days to do that now...

My guess would be if you need to keep your calories at 2000/ day that would be 14000week so if you had 2200 on day and 1800 the next day it should balance out Your body continues to gain weigh all week so it sounds reasonable that it would lose weight that way also. Where do you purchase bulk protein powder without added things.. I would like to try that !! I use powdered egg whites for alot of our smoothies etc now and they work quite well but not cheap for sure :ohwell:

I read somewhere that you should eat any cereal you want as long as there is more fiber per serving than there is sugar. Sounder reasonable boy that is easier said than done.... So now I mix cereals 1/2 and 1/2 with something like bran flakes ... Not quite as tasty but meets the higher fiber than sugar rule lol

Truthfully this is your journey. No one here finds it easy but we do it for ourselves. It says on the web site between 150 - 200 per 30 minutes if I remember correctly but that will depend on your weight and which one you are doing.
