Love them! I have my entire back done, shoulder cap, ribs, and currently working on a chest piece, I'm actually getting that worked on tonight. The more the better, as I am always under construction! But, everything I have, has meaning :) We are walking bodies of art.....

wow thanks. I am looking for something I can wear like a watch, telling me what I burn during a workout, walk, etc. Just hoping to find something that is a reasonable price and easy to use ....

I'm 5'2" as well. My highest weight at 227lbs. (I've lost quite a bit prior to MFP) It's been taking a lot of hard work and determination but it's definitely possible. 140 lbs, here I come!!!

I agree, I heard this from Dr. Oz as well. Though, because I have thyroid disease, I can not eat anything for a half hour to hour after I take my medication. So, prior to a workout I need something in my body. I started with OJ and am now changing to almond milk

I just ordered my DVDs for 30 DS and Ripped in 30 yesterday. I can't wait to get them. Seeing threads with results make me more and more anxious to do the same. Congrats!!!!

I run on my treadmill and it will tell me how many calories that I have burned... when I go to log it in, I always have to change the calories burned that automatically shows up. The calories provided by MFP are almost always higher than my actual burn.

I take fish oil and a multivitamin as well as vitamin C, bee pollen for my immune system and amino acid (post workout).
