I definitely have protein shakes after workout and take an amino! I am glad that I am not the only one who does this. I am definitely asking someone to hide it. I would ideally like to weigh in on Sundays. :)

I have a Snuggie that I use as a throw blanket, and it is the most comfortable thing, EVER! As for the Forever Lazy pajamas, with footies, they would be awesome. I find it hilarious that they have a flap in the back for bathroom use!!!!!!

I have a very similar trick. Add a teaspoon of cocoa powder and stevia.... It's delish!

maybe even just eat the tuna and lettuce out of the wrap so that you don't take in so many carbs and calories....be careful though, you never know what delis and such put in their tuna !
