It could very well be the mIlk...giving you gas..trying not using milk for a while and see if that helps. YOu may be lactose tolerante.

drink water or snack on nuts or something crunchy like carrots or celery to give you that crunch satisfaction....or just say busy keep your mind occupied. Its all a mind thing.

I am starting to really think about food before i eat it just like taming your mouth on things to say there is a time and place for everything. Am i really hungry or just thirsty, do i really need it or i just know its in the kitchen, do i really need that chocolate or a hug.

if i am working out no matter what i am doing i love to sweat make me feel like i accomplished something.

you know that was kind of hard looking into that mirror on Sunday .....cause it was from a different perspestive. Manily when we look in the mirror we are trying to cover things up. But some of those things to be revealed and did away with.

Hello from Texas, I just started the plan to about a week ago myself. But it seems to be helping me keep track of what i am putting in my mouth. Then after that i cant have anything else. its amazing what you eat without keeping a journal. Good Luck.
