Hello all I started exercising and eating clean on June 1st. I have already went from 274 to 254. I am trying to eat 6 small meals per day and lifting weights and cardio 3x a week.

i guess it was two things.
1..Mirror
2.. not being able to do the things I love to do, backpacking, snowboarding etc.0
