Hello all I started exercising and eating clean on June 1st. I have already went from 274 to 254. I am trying to eat 6 small meals per day and lifting weights and cardio 3x a week.

    wow that is awesome....what do u feel contributed to it the most the exercise or the meals or most people would say combination...

    i guess it was two things.

    1..Mirror
    2.. not being able to do the things I love to do, backpacking, snowboarding etc.
