thank you everyone for all your input! I was looking at HRM and I like something that is really user friendly! then I saw the fitbit and it seemed like a good option. don't give up! I know we ALL wanna see results on the scale right away but it takes time and effort. You can't starve yourself or it won't help you lose. thanks everyone for the suggestions and help! I do try to get my 8 glasses of water in every day! it's def a challenge for me tho. I have not taken my measurements so I guess I def need to do that!! I have a bad knee so doing the treadmill all the time really aggravates it so I try to do the stationary bike every day…

I totally understand where you are coming from!! My b/f was the 1 to really give me the push I needed to change my ways and now he never says anything about how I am looking or that I get up at 6 every day to go to the gym 7 days a week!! UGH it's so frustrating!!

well that's what I thought too but when I complete my diary for the day it tells me I am eating to few calories and based on the amount it will take me longer to lose...

I know how you feel... I am having the same problem, working out is giving me so much energy and I am not hungry and I always have lots of calories at the end of my day!! it's very frustrating!!
