Ok I have been creating my own recipes and combining ones I have tried before but is there a way to figure out the calories?
like for example I made in a muffin pan a graham cracker crust then cut up fruit threw some cinnamon in there and added a whole wheat flour and brown sugar topping ...
is there a site that will help u figure out the calories per serving?

Create your own meal, add the individual "raw" ingredients, and then figure out how much of the recipe you consider one serving0

You can do that on this site, just go to the Food tab and under that there is a recipes tab where you can create your own recipes. You just put in your ingredients and how many servings and it will figure it out for you.0

I can try to help you if you still need it.0

I use the recipe function for that. It can be a little time consuming, but only the first time. After that whenever you eat a serving just click the food from the 'my recipes' tab. Message me if you need more help to figure it out!0
