June 15 - 205.6 (3.0lb total) I didn't figure I would keep all of my first week loss off since it was probably water weight, but I am still on target with 3 lbs lost

THIS! I also use double rich chocolate by Optimum Nutrition (ON), but only in milk and with a mixer of some sort. The allmax I can drink with water and mixes easily in a shaker.

Water and pickles or olives. Usually about 10 olives gets me through to next meal time.
-
Currently using up a 5lb container of the double rich chocolate, so here's what I have experienced: 1. I get chunks of powder with just using a shaker, and I shake it pretty hard...like 'shake weight' hard :noway: and still get the chunks. Haven't tried a blender ball or blender. Overall, I do think it's a really good…

Weigh-in days: June 8 - 204.2 (4.4lb loss) June 15 - June 22 - June 29 - So yeah, I've had an exhausting week but it paid off!

4000 ish, especially on days I ate out at lunch during the work week. I probably did 2500 calories at lunch sometimes for example: the large order of wings, fries, blue cheese, and sweet tea with a togo cup of sweet tea when I was leaving. Looking back, I was rediculous.

 usually every morning, but this morning I stepped on the scale and it broke....maybe it's a sign? Good thing I have lost weight lately or me breaking the scale would have been demoralizing

Played EQ for about 10 years and have recently taken a break. I still love that game but life is busy and priorities have changed. I play xbox sometimes with the kids and CIV5 lately on the PC.

That's hilarious!

Underated post, I laughed. PS. I log it as "Hacky Sack"

I've plateau'd the last 2-3 months. I hope this will help get me back on track! SW: 239 (heaviest ever, last year) CW: 208.6 GW: 203.6 (for this month) 205 was my original goal when I joined the site UGW: under 200 (havent been under 200 since my college days 15+ years ago) Weigh-in days: June 8 - June 15 - June 22 - June…

Welcome to the cult, I see you have tried the kool-aid =)

I've seen the movie zombieland and know the zombie apocolypse rules of survival, to include: cardio, double tap, check the back seat, and beware of bathrooms. I'm clearly qualified.

I don't know if you have a Fleet Feet or a another shoe store that does a running analysis but I would recommend it if you can find one. Fleet feet does it for free. They put you on a treadmill and video your feet from behind to see how your feet strike the ground. I don't have flat feet but my arches collaspe inward quite…

Looking at your food diary I noticed something you could try that has helped me-> lowering your carb intake. Under "my home" and then "goals", change your setting to carb 40%, fat 30%, protein 30%, and try to stick with that ratio. I have my setting at lose 1 pound a week and try to stick to those macronutrient ratios. I…

Hello Everyone, My name is Dan, and I am a Bacoholic.

I use a less scientific approach(i.e. lazy). Workouts that shoot my heart rate up I just log as calisthenics(vigorous). Warm-ups i log as calisthenics(moderate/light) and strength days well, there is a category for that. I do log rowing and running WODs seperately if possible. I don't use MFP as my workout log either…

decided to get 12.5 done today since i may not be able to get to it again. 65 reps but that's my 4th straight day XFit. Hopefully I can do this again on Sunday with a rest day on Saturday.
-
Welcome aboard

12.4 : 164 reps. I got the wall balls done in 10:04 but had no strength to jump for about 40 seconds. I normally can link about 15 DU's at a time but not after 150 wall balls
-
i hope to make it through wall balls without puking
-
Now-ish, do a mix of both

Welcome aboard fellow Alabamian!

12.3: 6rounds +1 Box jumps are my nemesis, well...one of many nemesii

Considering the half marathon and 1 month of crossfit experience, i'd say 30 is a really good score

That's a big improvement since December, great work!

12.2 Open = 60. I finished 60 with about 20 seconds left. I would have tried 165 if i had time, but never attempted that heavy of a snatch before. I liked this one better than the burpee's THAT IS FOR SURE!

I forsee a lot of people tied at 60 and 90 reps.
