I'm doing INSANITY right now and am on day 10 I haven't followed the meal plan and am just doing my calorie counting on mfp. So far it's kicking my *kitten* and I don't need to do anything else. I find that my arms are working hard with the push ups and all the other exercises that require a lot of arm workout. It's tough…

Currently I'm reading The New Rules of Lifting. I just finished Hunger Games and I'm not sure what my next book will be. Prolly something by Tami Hoag but I'm interested in 50 shades of Grey I heard it was a great read.

I have hooped for nearly 7 months now and I've lost over 40lbs and TONED my muscles. I don't know who made you the hoop know it all but maybe instead of running your mouth you should try it. oh and just so you know I can do squats with my hoop.

I would like to join as well for some reason I don't think my exercise ticker is going in with my other ticker so I will see about fixing that. My goal is for 90 miles this month I've already got 13 done.

Got in my 50 sit ups and squats today.. I'm looking forward to this weeks challenges even though since starting mfp I log everything I put in my mouth and have only once ate something without knowing what the calories where before hand. As for Thanksgiving I say bring it on lol :)

I got in 80 squats today with my hooping routine but I didn't get any sit ups in there the days not over but i don't see it happening. Still being mindful of what I eat and logging everything.

got in 50 sit ups and squats today.. I didn't get any done over the weekend but I did get in some good workouts and I always log my food so that wasn't something new for me.. so far all in all i think i'm doing alright..

Alright today I was kinda bad and ate till I was over stuffed cause I started out really really hungry... I've done 53 sit ups 87 squats and 40 girly push ups today not including my regular exercise.. So all in all not a bad day plenty of water to go with it

I didn't get any pushups done yesterday must be better today. I did do my weigh in today that i will post on Wednesday. I'm excited about it though.

Checking in did my 20 push-ups today was bad and didn't get them in yesterday

I ended up going way past my goal for the day. Instead of 20 girly push ups I got in 40 and I'm really striving to make it to where I can do 10 regular push ups by the end of the challenge. I can do 1 so far lol :)

I'm going to start out with the girly push ups doing 20 of them a day but I want to be able to do 10 of the real pushups before the end of the week will see how it goes there.

I only got in 56oz of water today lower than norm for me but I got distracted have to get more water in tomorrow
