    1-1: 5 miles (2 stairmaster, 3 treadmill). + raquetball.
    1-2: 2 miles sloshing through the snow & cold outdoors. +raquetball.
    1-3: 6.25 miles (5 jog/walk intervals on treadmill, 1.25 swim)
    1-4 3.8 miles on treadmill.....3 of thesed were jogging. + racquetball

    Total to date: 17.05 miles

    Got 3 on the road and 2.5 on the beach yesterday, then another 2.5 on the beach today so that brings me to 13.5 / 100 for the month so far.

    I was trying to be a slacker this month but onawhymm wouldn't let me!! :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    I've been working out already this month but was procrastinating on getting my stuff changed over to January. I mean, jeeeez, it took a whole 15 extra seconds! I'm spent! :laugh:

    My goal for this month is 80 miles. I have to keep it attainable or I'll psyche myself out...I know me. *shrug*

    4.0 miles on the eliptical machine tonight! Also did pilates and day one of the 150 dips and 100 push up challenge! My arms will be sore tomorrow.

    I am in for this month but really just as a way to keep track of what I run. Dad is probably going to die in surgery tomorrow so I really have no goal for this month except to just make it through tomorrow.
    However, I still want to log miles somewhere to keep track.

    mommawarrior, sorry to read of your dad. Here is a virtual (((HUG))), I am saying prayers!!!

    Good job to all moving their butt's and to figuring out their tickers. It took me a while too!:wink:

    I got in a 4.5 mile walk this late afternoon with the furry kids, it was beautiful out. A total opposite from last year's winter and I am lovin it!!! I forgot but I also did a 1/2 mile at work to make it 5 miles total for the day!
