    1-1: 5 miles (2 stairmaster, 3 treadmill). + raquetball.
    1-2: 2 miles sloshing through the snow & cold outdoors. +raquetball.
    1-3: 6.25 miles (5 jog/walk intervals on treadmill, 1.25 swim)
    1-4: 3.8 miles on treadmill.....3 of these were jogging. + racquetball
    1-5: 5 miles 3.0 walk on treadmill. All i could do on sore muscles today
    1-6: .75 mile swim. + raquetball
    1-7: 7.25 miles (3 stairmaster, 3 treadmill walk, 1.25 swim)


    Total to date: 30.05 miles
  • Hi folks,
    well I went to gym on a Saturday morning because it is the only time I could go. I also changed my goal from 40 to ... well something 60 or 70.

    Adding another 2 miles, walked in deep snow with my winter boots and all my winter gear on, my heartrate went up to 86% at times. I should get more then 2 miles for that! I am drained but it was beautiful out there! Adding my ticker.

    5k race this morning. Cool and light fog, gentle hills and finished under my goal time of 35 minutes.

    Jan 7 - couldn't track mileage - did about 2.5 hours "moving my @$$" though :happy:

    Jan 8 - 1.9 kms Total so far 26.9 (back is a little sore from the lifting yesterday - took it slow and steady today.):smile:

    Jan goal: 45 kms
