    I have 2questions. How do you post your ticker onto your mfp profile and how do you change your ticker when you have walked miles?

    I need to step it up. I started my walk outside but it was so cold, only did 1 mile.
    Trying to paste the ticker, hope it works.

    If not my total miles so far is 1 mile. :>(

    Ran 4 miles this afternoon non-stop. Running is more fun when it's a little cold.
    There's this beautiful track near where I live and I always run there. I run maybe 11 -12 minute miles. There's always this little guy running 6 min miles or so. He keeps lapping me over and over again which is OK, but he keeps going at this pace for a whole freaking hour. Holy crap, is this amazing or what :noway: :noway:

    1-1: 5 miles (2 stairmaster, 3 treadmill). + raquetball.
    1-2: 2 miles sloshing through the snow & cold outdoors. +raquetball.
    1-3: 6.25 miles (5 jog/walk intervals on treadmill, 1.25 swim)
    1-4: 3.8 miles on treadmill.....3 of these were jogging. + racquetball
    1-5: 5 miles 3.0 walk on treadmill. All i could do on sore muscles today/


    Total to date: 22.05 miles

    Just did 5.2 miles on the eliptical machine! Will go hiking tomorrow. Good start for the month!

    so today I kicked it up and rode a bit harder on the bike and did 14.40 miles. Then cuz I am doing the Biggest Loser challenge I had to do sprints and that ended up being 1.20 miles. Looks like I am getting to 40 miles more quickly than I anticipated. I hope I hope I hope I can keep this up!! help! yahoo!
