Monday-0 drinks I feel great today, I need to keep this up. I woke up at 5:15 and did a short workout! Beats a headache and waking up all night drinking water!! Tonite shooting for 0 drinks. It's my bday so it may be hard but plan to save the cocktail for the weekend!

I have three horses and love to trail ride in the mountains. That's got to be great exercise, holding on when you're heading up a steep trail! Good idea fora group!

I too have a goal to lose 20 lbs by Christmas. Would be great not to have another New Year resolution to lose those pounds!!

I am definitely in! I love the kettlebells, you get cardio and weight lifting in one exercise. I just read a magazine article that said the average kettlebell workout burns 272 calories in 20 minutes!!
