I've found that working out at home is better for me. I am doing the new Jillian Michaels Extreme Shed and Shred and love it!

I love eggplant, and feel very full with it. High fiber veggies are definitely the way to go... Fiber is definitely filling. Also, I try to drink water in between bites to slow down my eating... I eat like the world is ending... when you eat slow, you give your body the chance to feel full.

I agree with the above quote. Watching calories, especially those empty carbs and watching your fats... Carbs are vital for energy, and you can get good carbs through veggies and fruits, and still keep it low fat. Isn't the fat what we are all trying to lose anyway? Give your body the energy to burn it off with good carbs.…

I lost 17 lbs since Oct 24th. I've been mixing up my workouts with 30 day shred, ripped in 30, jillian michaels banish fat boost metabolism and jillian michaels no more trouble zones. And a little running too. Also, watching calories and what I eat.. Good luck in your endeavor!

I definitely love this site as a starter. Seeing what you eat and keeping track of your goals really helps. I prefer to start out with smaller goals, and when I reach those, move my weight goal again. The little accomplishments can really build morale. I love the cardiotrainer app for android. Also, I don't run on treadmills, I run outdoors, and not on treadmills. Treadmills tend to make me run slower..

I had the 30 Day Shred, but bought the Ripped in 30 as well. I definitely prefer the Ripped in 30 more. The workouts are a little more varied..
