    You are an inspiration to me. Although I am much older than you, I am about the same height, and I have fought with weight my whole life. I started this weight loss journey at 226, and I now weigh 207. I lost a few pounds before I joined MFP. Then I joined and was losing steady. I have gotten off of the wagon for the last two weeks. Seeing how much your body has changed and how great you look, really makes me realize that the effort is worth it. I am motivated again. Thanks!!!!!
