I have the opposite problem. I could easily eat 2000 call in a day. Haha. Meh makes me exercise all the excess off :P

I log midnight to midnight. I flip flop from days to nights between 2 jobs. 8 hour and 12 hour shifts. I find if i do wake to sleep i over eat.

I use optimum nutrition whey protein powder in cookies n cream flavor mixed with either skim milk or coconut milk. I only drink it after intense wt workout or a run over 10k to help repair muscle.

I started with c25k then bridge to 10k. Then half then full marathon. My advice is stick with the program. If a particular run is hard repeat it before moving on. Do not give up!

Funny I just read an article how fitbit has helped people gain weight. Hopefully it's not really the case. Maybe amp up ur workouts and don't eat back too much exercise call? ?

I started adding a cheat meal once a week to my regime and I am definitely enjoying it! I look forward to a "treat" like pizza or fast food. I lost 9 lbs in 45 days. And I'm now 2 lbs away from my goal weight!!!

Drives me nuts when people say they have been eating 1200 calories for weeks and haven't lost a pound. I had been running on a treadmill for 3 years and didn't lose a pound. The minute I took it outside weight started to melt off. For me it was by far harder running outside, on the treadmill the belt helps you run, whereas outside it's just you.

When I first hit my goal weight of 130 I stopped logging and surprise suprise, the weight came back. I'm now 128 aiming for 126 and will continue to log even when I hit maintenance.

I'm 5'5.5 and I just reached 128lbs. I may try for 126 but would like to maintain 128 for a bit first. 128 is definitely not too skinny.

The app after c25k is bridge to 10k. I highly recommend it! I used the c25k then bridge to 10k, then trained for a half marathon on my own, and now I'm training for a full marathon! And to think it all started from an app!

I have 4 Lululemon "Ta Ta Tamer"s I started DD cup, and I'm now a D cup (hoping to be a C cup soon!) I have run 3 half marathons in this bra and find it amazing!! I ran a 10k in a different sports bra and the pics are atrocious!! and I def didn't have enough support :( lesson learned :P

I did that a couple years ago. I only lasted 2 months before I signed up at the gym again. My advice would be to put your gym membership on hold for 2 months and see how you do and avoid paying initiation fees and all that stuff if you change your mind.

I definitely can't drink coffee before my runs. Some say it gives them energy from the caffeine. Def not for me, more cause it makes me go to the bathroom. Maybe it's the sugar?

I especially do this if I know I'm going to be going out for dinner, I'll put in what I'm going to have so that I know what I have left for the day.

You don't necessarily have to eat your exercise calories back. If I burn more than 450 calories I tend to eat a light snack. Anything lower if I'm not hungry I just don't eat. I log my exercise at the end of the day so that I'm not tempted to eat those calories back :tongue: :tongue:

You CAN do this! And you are most worthy of succeeding! Try telling yourself you are worth all this effort! Taking care of yourself doesn't always come naturally so we need to make a conscious effort! You want to live a healthy life for you and your kids so that you can be with them and truly enjoy lifes miracles!
