  • I'm nervous for the weigh in. Hopefully i am on target, but there is a voice in my head that is saying: you won't be, just give in and let go...pfff.
  • Feel free to vent if it helps. I try to call a friend when i feel it is just a *kitten* day and everything just is enough. Fnance is something that weighs heavily on me too as the main provider and my mom, pfff i am just glad that she and i life apart. You're not alone and like i said if venting helps do it!
  • You'll probably find a lot of people here who know how you feel. I have been on an emotional rollercoaster for a lot of years. Since 10 years it has been affecting my weight also. Right now i am back on track and hope to keep going. So if you feel the need for more friends, feel free to add me.

  • I use two ways, pinterest for recipes i haven't tried and a word document for recipes i want make more often (just copy and paste from the original websites). Both are used via my tablet.

  • I had that problem also, but I made myself eat a piece of fruit within an hour after getting out of bed. After a year, i'm used to it and I get hungry if I forget to eat. But still no big breakfast for me.
