Diet is great. Low carb/low fat, no refined sugars. 1280-1500 calories. It was such a random weight gain but it won't leave.

I'm 5'9" and this morning weighed in at 137.4. They say to estimate 5 lbs more per inch. Soooo, I'd say, for myself, I'm onnthe leaner side but toned (with some fat to lose on my thighs.) Current bodyfat % is probably between 16-19%.

Everyone has a goal. Some people want to look good on the beach. Some people want to look good in their wedding dress. I want to look good on stage. Whatever the reason may be, often people self-sabotage. I have a friend who self-sabotages her diet, because I think she's petrified to go on a date. Would I tell her to just…

I'd definitely think about incorporating a protein shake (or even 2), there are some really great ones (0 fat, 0 carb, that taste like chocolate milk!). Ask your local vitamin shoppe or GNC. The other thing that tends to work for me is that I eat my carbs in the morning, taper those off throughout the day, and make sure…

Your other option is sprinting 2 days a week, just a bit of HIIT training. And the other, OTHER option you have to factor in as a girl is hormonal stuff. Anything around ovulation/menstruation has a tendency to cause some serious weight retention/gain for women.

26 year old F 5'9....currently 141.4 lbs (probably more because I ate cookies and carbs hold onto water) ~20-21% bf I wanna get down to ~125 lbs. Will this happen? Who knows?
-
I need motivation. I'm around 20% bf and it's so hard to lose the fat now and it makes me wanna give up and binge on all the delicious things I'm missing out on :-/

I like that! You never regret working out!

I'm in!

I'm in too! But more for the support and group (don't eliminate me please)! I don't have THAT much weight to lose but I'd love to be part of a shred challenge!! I need motivation + support!

First, eating 1000 calories a day might show you results BUT...it's definitely not good for you. And eventually, when you lose all the weight...you WILL binge (trust me.) Your body has this way of thinking that you're starving so when you actually get food that you love...you'll engorge yourself. Secondly, in regards to…

Just made a drop about 4 weeks ago. I was at 1380 -> 1340 -> 1310 before and dropping a lb a week..

Thanks everyone for your replies!! I'm 5'9'' and I weigh 140. Last week I was 137, I thought it could be water so stuck with protein yesterday, but it still didn't work out too well for me. I'm competing in a Victoria Secret-esque bikini competition in 3 months, so I'm really trying to shed the weight (otherwise, I'd just…
