If you're always hungry you're not eating enough calories. If you can't go to the bathroom you're not eating enough fiber or drinking enough water. Eating like a rabbit is not the answer. Eat with better nutrition in mind. That means hitting macros AND micros.

Yes, it's possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time while doing a lifting program. It's called carb cycling. Look up Heidi Powell I think her name is and Chris Powell. You need to be able to follow it though or you won't see results as is the same with any style of eating or training. Good luck to you.

I've never had positive gut effects from using Glutamine. Sounds like a load of bologna. I supplement it after a heavy weight lifting session. Sometimes I find it helps with recovery and sometimes I don't notice a difference. My pre-workout and intra/post workout amino acids already have glutamine in them anyway.

Diet diet diet. That exercise isn't going to matter if your diet is CRAPPO. 80% legit nutrition (think, micros!), 20% fun foods. Or if you really want to be strict you can eliminate the fun foods altogether.

LIFESAVER THANK YOU! I also emailed MFP about this the first day I tried to use it because it was so full of bugs. Give it 2 weeks and it will either be fixed or the old recipe calculator will be back up for an option. They just shouldn't of released it until it went through further testing.
