I've been taking this exact dose for a long time now and I've never had any weight effects. I still lose weight and haven't gained from it. It does cause hallucinations in higher doses (Ik from experience. Not fun times) Monitor it and make sure the dose is not too high for you.

First it's best to answer why you are looking for sugar free foods so you can get a better answer :)

I'm 24 and keep my diary open and just trying to lose a little more bf%. Feel free to add me if you'd like :)

Yeah. My parents relationship really affected me and I turned into an emotional eater BAD! Now that my parents are finally divorced I'm free from that negative energy :)

Bring your own liquid stevia. I always have one in my pocket or purse. You might look silly doing it but you can then order anything unsweetened and sweeten it yourself. I always get an iced latte with coconut milk sometimes extra shots of espresso depending on what kind of day it is lol then I put my own stevia in it and…

I save my best meal for last :)

That's fantastic news! Great work!

I think it's a great idea. Make sure you're getting enough protein and food in general. There's nothing more painful than following an intense program and not fueling your body properly. I wish I could ride my bike to work that would be cool!

Pancakes every single day lol I eat them cold, I eat them warm. I eat them smothered in peanut butter.

Yep. I wouldn't log that as exercise that's your activity level AKA what someone else mentioned already

Here's 2 of my favorite crock pot meals: Chili 2lbs extra lean ground beef or extra lean ground turkey 1 chopped onion 1 red pepper 1 green pepper 2 tbsp minced garlic 1 can black beans (I get the no salt added kind) 1 can kidney beans (same with the no salt added) 2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes (low salt if they have it) 3…

I'm in pretty good shape in my opinion and I'm still doing only 10 minutes of HIIT 3x a week and working my way up. 20 minutes of HIIT. sheeesh I'd be dead on the floor. I wouldn't worry about hitting a time for now if you're a beginner just try to beat your time eventually and work your way up to more time. That's what…

Hi Patrick, feel free to add me for additional support if you'd like and good luck to you on your journey!

Very low body fat % generally but as someone already said that body fat % varies widely from person to person

I argee with the others on weighing your food it's imperative. Even if it's just for a month so you start to learn what an actual portion size is

Another 1200 calorie thread WTH!
-
Ok it's been a long time since I've started on MFP so I can't remember. Does MFP start you out at 1200 calories or something because every thread says 1200 calories and if that's the case they really need to fix that. Anyway, OP that doesn't sound like enough food. I would increase cals by 100 each week or every 2 weeks…

Eat more........

Just move on.

Love it. But you have to do it right so it can be tricky. I found out about it through a trusted coach who guided me through it so now I can do it on my own. Now I only do it because I love my high carb days and my high fat days and want both because I'm a greedy little girl >:)
-
very true I should have explained that better. Listen to this guy OP :)
-
I'm confused by this question. IMO doing 5% is always better than doing 0%. If I take a test I'd rather get a C- than an F, yes? Diet can take time to get down. Work on your goals little by little and you'll get better at it all

5'2" , 2100-2300 and maintaining
-
I'm a little too short for what you said I'm 5'2" but maintaining so feel free to add if you'd like :)

It's up to you to decide what goal is more important to you right now. If you want to build up your muscle in certain areas you're going to need to eat in a surplus. If you want to lose fat you're going to need to be in a deficit. Some people like to save the surplus until Winter but if you don't mind doing it now, I say…

You're going to get a million different answers and a lot of arguments on this post. The ugly truth is that you will probably fail many times before you find exactly what clicks for you personally. I know I did!! I failed miserably for a whole year or so before some things finally clicked for me. Start with a food scale as…

I like to get sparkling water drinks with a little flavor. The slight sweetness makes me think I'm having a treat and usually does the trick.
-
I don't know what you mean by clean eating. I eat a healthy balance of food within my macros. If that counts then feel free to add me!

You may not be eating enough nutrient dense foods or getting enough water but it's too hard to say because everyone is different.
