    At age 30 I was 118

    At age 33, after falling in depression I weighed 203

    I'm 34. My SW was 203. Current weight is 184 and my GW by next year is 125. I'm 5'6

    I got a very skinny upper body to the point I think it's enough, but if I look in the mirror and I still see big legs

    5'6" current weight is 123. Goal is to stay between 121 and 124, so all good currently, though up slightly after a business trip.

    I'm 5'7 and feel pretty good about where I am.
    I am currently 151 pounds with a goal to be 150 pounds but hope to stay between 145-155.

    This might sound weird but I do not have a particular weight goal in mind. I am the type of person that if I set a weight goal and by a particular date do not achieve that goal, I will stop all together so I have decided to take it day by day and not stress over it. I have lost 20 lbs and am learning to maintain my current weight and exercise routine. I have dropped 3 pant sizes and feel amazing, the rest will come with time. Good Luck!

    5'6", started 173 lbs., currently at 150. I'd like to get down to 145 to make it easier on my knees while running and playing soccer.

    There is a gym opening near my house, in theory. There's been signs up for months. If and when it opens I hope to use it to put on a few lbs of muscle especially in my upper body.
