  • I wear NIKE shoes they have really good supoort and had my feet tested to locate areas where I need more support. Expensive but worth it. You may not realise it but you should always wear good running shoes when exercising. It will cause stress if you continue to workout without proper shoes.

  • I totally agree Mike. Drink more water as often when you think your hungry your body is craving water which in turn fills you up. So yes drink water and go to bed you might have a surprise in the morning whe you get on your scales.
