Was wondering how my 5foot 4inch ladies weigh -in with relation to pant size. I am currently at 160lbs and wear an American size 10. At 190 I wore a 14/16. Just tryin to eyeball where I may be at a healthy weight.

^^^ this except I'm 5'5" and still need to wear a size 12 in certain brands

5'4, 134 lbs... top size- med. Pant size 11jr, or 8/10 ladies~ I'm an apple shape so it's frustrating to find pants that fit well. I'm thicker around the middle:sad:

    I am 5'4 but almost 5'5, I weight 115-117 pounds and I am sometimes a size 0, usually a size 2 and rarely a size 4.
  • 5'4" and 130-something (haven't weighed myself in ages) and a uk 10 so about a 6 in US sizes? Varies slightly depending on the shop and the style.

5'4 -- 151lbs -- usually an 8-10....BUT if I buy a nicer brand, the size tends to go down

Okay so I'm just a bit under 5'4 , I'm almost 5'3, but these threads always catch my attention because they show how much build has to do with sizing and not weight. I weigh 130lbs and I wear a sz 2 and I've even needed a few 0's lately, but I with a higher body fat percentage once upon a time at 130 lbs I've worn a sz 6 before.

I'm 5'4" and weigh 170 lbs. Size 12s are a little loose in my waist and snug in the thighs. I can wear a size 10 if the legs are roomy.
  • I'm 5'4 and weigh 184 and wear size 14.

I am 5 foot 4 inches. As of this morning I am 139 and I wear a size 8 or 10 depends on the brand. I have bigger hips and thighs so the 10's are to big in the waist and still a right in the hips and thighs. The 8 fit perfect in the waist and a little more snug in the thigh and hip area. Hope this helps some

This is me exactly! I am shooting for 120 or 125... I have no idea what size I will end up, I am just wanting to be tone and lean.

I'm 5'4.5", 143lbs, and I'm in an 8. Could also probably wear a juniors 7. It's also worth noting it varies brand to brand. I'm willing to bet in the right brand I could squeeze into a 6.

I'm pretty excited though because just yesterday I FINALLY got some size 8's. It's great to have pants I don't have to tug up 1200 times a day!

Right now, I'm 255lbs and a size 20W. Last time I was at a healthy weight (140-145lbs), I could wear a 7/8 comfortably. However, I will probably be much more fit and have a much lower bodyfat %, so once I reach my goal of 135-140lbs, I may be even smaller than that.

5ft 3 , 149lbs. I can wear a 10, 12 and a 14 but the legs are loose in them. Dif brands run in dif sizes. There should be a real standard size so we know what we actually wear and to make it easier to buy clothes without trying on 10 pieces.

145 and any where from a 6 to a 9 depending on brand and cut
  • I'm 5'5", about 128lbs, and I can wear a 4 in American Eagle jeans. Juniors sizes I wear maybe a 5? It kind of varies by brand.
