Plateau (REALLY COULD USE GOOD ADVICE)

I've been at 254/255 for about two weeks now, I'm eating around 1700 calories but I'm burning around 400. So I don't think I'm eating enough or am I over eating? I've also starting some weight training (dumbell workouts) and I'm getting more muscular. Just need some advice on how I can continue to lose weight healthfully and keep getting ripped. Really need good advice, and please nothing too scientific lol
