This is a good question! I find mine most crowded M-Th at 5-6:30 I LOVE FRIDAY NIGHTS! As a mom, Friday nights at 5 it's like my happy hour. Other mom friends I know go, and the kids play and we workout. It's usually empty, and my Y offers a Family Yoga. What a change from pre-kids era!

It's so funny I busted mine out too. I just finished my forth half marathon and I need a break from running. It told me I was 8 pounds heavier but I did have on my sneakers and all my clothes... I don't know which one to go by, I feel like every scale is different! GOOD LUCK and feel better

Thanks everyone! Heel toe heel toe is all I am saying as I walk! It was so hard to walk a room and it made me sad that 6 weeks ago I ran 13.1 miles. SO can't wait to lace up!

Thanks everyone. THE only thing I know is that I am doing the disney half marathon January 7th 2012, I am PRAYING That I will start training by September. I am doing two 5k's in the end of August, and September. EVEN if I have to walk it, I will do it! THANKFULLY I know I will be walking it w/o crutches. :)

GOOD LUCK! I am 5'4' started at 189.9, current weight 148 ish, BUT I am a size 6 (and some 4's) and I feel pretty good. I truly think that if I was under my BMI I would look terrible. I believe that it is mind over matter! THat BMI is so off anyways! Feel good, and be happy :)

FIrst of all YOU LOOK AMAZING! I just had my first half marathon two weeks ago. I wish I had done the ice bath that day. I was sure my feet were broken (actually I did have a few stress fractures in my left foot) DRINK DRINK DRINK water during and after. EAT after, I didn't eat enough and I was exhausted. DO NOT GO TO WORK…
