It's better to make smaller goals...sort of "trick" your mind into joining the program. Makes it easier to pass the 6-8 wk mark if your mind is really into it. :-) Congrats!

So glad I came back to see the pics. Size 6 at 157 is...unbelievably great!! I think I was a size 4 at 137 pounds, but I was in a size 8 when I was in the 150s. Again CONGRATS TO YOU!!
