As the title says, I'm now a third of the way through this journey (in weight terms anyway!)
Mostly making this as lacking motivation recently, and need to prove to myself that I have made progress.

Isn't it strange how the gradual but healthy weight loss can actually have us not realizing how far we've come. I hope you truly see how far you have come as it certainly shows in your pics!!
You need to run across someone you haven't seen since the first of the year and watch their reaction, you'd know then, what your pictures are showing.
Certainly you have scrutinized your own self and noticed the changes. I've seen changes in my feet and hands with 44lbs off, no doubt you have also. If not there, the roundness of your shoulders down your arms. Where have you seen or felt the biggest change so far?
You are doing it and the pics definitely show it!! Next goal 1/2 way point??0
