Recognizing the fear is the first step to beating it. You CAN do this - keep on keeping on. Obviously you are doing somthing right or you would be as far as you are. Keep up the great work and like they said earlier - quit thinking about it as "numbers". Really, it's just a mind game. Keep us posted.

I have heard a lot of good things about Ninja - think I am buying one for myself this week. Prices aren't ridiculous on Amazon.

Buy a box of angel food cake and a box of your favorite flavor of cake. Put both into one ziploc and shake them together really well. In a LARGE coffee mug put 3 Tablespoons of cake and 2 Tablespoons of water. Mix until frothy. Microwave for one minute. OMIGOSH so good and 140 calories for strawberry cake!

Try psyllium husks - I put it in applesauce but also at times put it in a smoothie. Can't taste it and it will help you when you need it.

Ditto. I hit 20 this morning and other than my child that hugs me around my tummy nobody has said a word. It is all how you feel about yourself, and you're doing it for the right person - YOU! Congratulations on the 20 and I bet people start noticing soon!

I quit four years ago and still fight the craving almost everyday. It does get a little better. It's like death and grieving, you learn to deal with it. Good luck! Cold turkey and sugarless gum worked for me and I had been a smoker for 25 years.

Look at the group called "Cubicle Jockeys". I am in your shoes but find that if I can kind of follow her groove all day I have at least accomplished something. It takes a small amount of time every hour. You can do it!

Haven't had mine but a few days but it is addictive! Challenging myself to do more and burn more calories each day. What I really like is it automatically syncs to MFP. In my opinion well worth the money.
