60 Day Transformation - P90X2 and Shakeology

Alright, it's been another 30 days in my P90X2 and Shakeology journey... during the second month I lost 1 lb and 4.5" off my waist, hips, and thighs!! YAY!

    You'd never imagine that there's only 1lb difference in the 30 to 60 day pics.

    I consume about 1400 calories a day, that is what works for me. There are times my intake goes up to 1600, if my calorie burn for the day is high and I feel hungry. :)
