do you have a HRM? if so create your own, if not then its prob a form of cardio, did u push urself and sweat allot? then I would do aerobics but if you have a HRM (heart rate Monitor) then you could create your own name like Wii Fit length and cals burned

how about a nice grilled chicken breast or piece of fish? it is loaded with protein and will cut the hunger

I really think your settings are not correct somehow, go over them again and see if there needs to be a correction also check your activity settings

if you've lost weight you have to change that but for the most part it does everything else

do you normally move furniture all day? if not then I would count it, did u break a sweat? most def count it as cardio especially if it was nonstop action :)

i have one and it is on the money legit, this is my second one, i got it bc Woot.com had it for $20 so I said what the hey, it is just as accurate as my MIO that I have and even more bc you dont have to do anythng but set it and stop it once ur done with your workout 5 stars for me :)

that is one of the biggest topics on artificial sweeteners is that it does cause cravings try cutting it out for a week and see if you lose or still gain, have yourself a little scientific experiment :P and let us all know :P:drinker: <--water *no Crystal light :P

well if you haven't exercised in a long time the first couple of weeks you possibly will lose 4-8 lbs a week but its mainly water weight 1-2 lbs a week is slower than we humans want but statistically ppl who lose slow tend to keep it off longer
