I am at 4342 days today. I faithfully login and log my foods daily... the only way I have been able to lose and keep off over 150lbs

This has been a problem I have had for over 6 months. First I had a Flex and now I have a Surge and both devices I have had to manually disconnect and then reconnect in order for my activity to register on MFP. I agree, IT IS FRUSTRATING!!!!

So I've gotten to a point if I can't talk more than a few words without being winded I figure my heart rate is up where it belongs while exercising. I'm…

This!!!! AMEN!!!! I get so sick of people who think it is a "cop out" or an "easy way out" - IT IS HARD - IT IS THE HARDEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY LIFE - Surgery IS ONLY A TOOL - you still have to eat right and exercise!!!!! No surgery is NOT for everyone, but IT IS FOR SOME - SO STOP JUDGING OTHERS!!!!!!!!

Yep, I was the 'fat' kid - the 'fat' teenager - and now the 'fat' adult! I finally had lap-band surgery one year ago and have lost 52 lbs. I struggle with a few bad habits (sugar/sweets) - but for the most part I'm learning to eat healthy and exercise daily. The band is ONLY a tool and it has helped me to learn what the…
