What you are aiming for is Lean Body Mass (LBM) - this is also my aim (you are a lot closer to your goal than me), you need to increase protein...I also do Kickboxing which is fantastic to help your muscles develop... :flowerforyou: good luck!!

Sometimes 'plateau' is muscle building - don't forget it weighs more than fat.... but muscle is our friend :wink: :smile: and if plateau is around for too long then as everyone says you probably need to change things up a bit - give yourself a kickstart :smile:

oh *LIKE* - Totally agree!!! you just need to plan around it, kind of...if you know you have a function coming up, you know you will probably have a blowout. Be consistent leading up to it and it shouldn't cause too much of a 'bump' in the scales... waist line....and ok if the bump is bigger than expected, then just 'get…
