If I am at work or say in public I try to hold it until I get home. But if I am on vacation of course I go where I am I don't know when it would be until I get home. I don't really want anyone to hear me.

I plan on doing it next year. After having my child and breastfeeding my boobs are not the same what-so-ever. So I am going to even them out and just go a little tiny bit bigger.

When I started the level 2 I got my butt kicked like the first day of level one. It is a good workout though. I burn more calories with level 2 then I did with level one.

What I do is I eat my breakfast and I wait until I am hungry which is usuallly abuot 3 hours later and eat a snack. But if I don't feel hungry in 3 hours I just wait until my body is hungry. I feel the exact same way. I may not be a size 4, but I am down 3 sizes from what I was, and I am almost to the goal weight I wanted to be at in the first place 145 lbs. I still feel like i am 167, I see myself that way too. Even though my pants are smaller and everyone tells me how good I look. I don't feel it at all!

It all just depends on how much you really need to lose. I have lost 12 lbs, and i noticed a difference at like 8 pounds. I don't really need to lose much. But I am shooting for 20 lbs.

Well I just looked at what you ate on Tuesday and you need to eat more. You are not even eating 1200 calories your going to send your body into starvation mode that way. I think with P90x you should be eating about 1300 or more so a day to help you loose and give you the energy to do the work-outs without killing yourself.…

I use I Can't Believe its not butter light. But sometimes I do use I use Land 'o Lakes light butter with canola... , I like the taste of that better, but can't can't get it in a bigger container, and I read on Self that I can't believe its not butter light is better than butter to help you lose weight.

I like the turkey tenderloins with sweet potatoes, but I eat a lot of these during the week for lunch. Its easy for me to do at work. I add a homemade salad with it.
