Im pretty self absorbed so I've never noticed...lol. I generally don't pay much attention to people unless they are some how spetacular in some way that grabs my attention. edit: then again, if it makes you want to go harder and longer then hey it's beneficial so who cares! lol

I use a HRM, but that's because I only track calories burned and only when I'm exercising. I don't account for calories burned during the day or while at work. I'm a nurse so I know I burn major calories at work but my body's already use to that. So the HRM works well for me as I use it limitedly.

I drink a ton of water...I chart 9-10 but that's only because its impossible to keep up with. I get dehydrated easily so I'm always drinking something and usually its water!

Perfect romantic day: coffee on the back porch then hitting some trials for hiking followed by some fishing in the early afternoon and a baseball game at night. Yup, that'll do it!

I drink it daily. I've quit for a week or so here and there and the only difference I've really noticed is that I feel a little less bloated from not having the carbonation.

I turn the pressure right back on them to eat something healthy!! I'm nice about it until I get fed up then I dramatically go on and on about the horrors of ingredients in whatever they are offereing and what it does in graphic detail to your body min by min adding and indulging a few things along the way...one or two…

I have a protein smoothie every am after my workouts, I use whey vanilla or strawberry and mix with various fruits to help taste. I see there has been so debate here on the cholesterol of whey....if your worried about it use whey isolate. It's simply filtered a different way and typicall carries more protein and less fat…

interesting! I do find that I naturally zig zag (didn't realize it until now) but every couple of days or so after hard workouts I'll naturally be a little hungrier. I always listen to my body and if I'm hungry I eat so it works out! Great info, thanks for sharing!

What works for me is my protein smoothie. I use 1-2 scoops of whey isolate powder mixed with 1 cup of skim milk, 1/2 cup of strawberries, and 1/2 cup of blueberries (or some other variation) and add water to thin it out.

Dear 16 y/o me, DO NOT leave home and move in with your boyfriend...seriously BAD mistake. You're gonna get marriend in a year and live the next 7 in hell. Not sure I'd have listened regarless though and I am thankful for the strength I gained from the experience!

Heck yes!! As long as your doctor has cleared it! I get massages bi-monthly due to an old injury/chronic pain, sooo much better than taking pain medicine!!

Every morning, it keeps me in check for the day but I've never been scale obsessive and it's never dictated my mood. It's indicator to work harder, eat cleaner, or hey, I'm doing great so it's ok to have a beer after work.

whichever brand you go with..try it in oatmeal!! I use the cheapo walmart whey brand in cookies and cream flavor, add it to oatmeal instead of sugar or fruit ....kicks a powerful punch. Although it can be a little too sweet!!

My close friend was having such terrible anxiety during pregnanacy that her OBGYN told her to have a glass of wine when she would get too worked up (like 2-3 oz). The benefit of calm effect outweighed the risk. I would always talk to your doc first though because no two pregnancies are just alike.

unless there are other symptoms or problems you are having that could be related to something other than gluten intolerance I say put it off. Try the 'gluten free' thing for a month or so and if it improves then great, if not, get it checked out! If one were to get a camera up their bum...wander if you could get a dvd copy…
