I sometimes get that if I take one more bite feeling I'm going to dump..which I hate ..so I measure out half of my limit and if I want more I eat it..if not I wait about 10-15 minute to see if I can eat more if not i toss it. Hello Ive had this problem as well. What I have learned helps me is do my fluids first so I have a cup of green tea with lemon. Ive been doing this now for 6 weeks and no more irritation or nausea. Also Im finding that Im starting to get lactose intolerant which is a bummer because I also love cottage cheese and yogurt.

Oh also dont try to eat everything..listen to your body its ok ..eat every couple of hours something that is high in protein. I had stopped loosing for a lil bit and was told because my body was starving but now that I feed it at least meals and 1 snack its coming off. Dont only judge pounds..ive lost 2 dress sizes !!!!!

Ive decided after reading all of your post just listen to my stomach and go from there..I think I was worried because I was not getting in very much but Im just going to continue focusing in on the protein which is the most important.

Welcome Welcome I have found this group to be excellent...everyone is open and nice...I am 5 ft and my goal is 110-125 which is what I weighed after all my kids...I used food to cope with stress and that is no more!!! Best of luck to you!!
